Hello doctor my baby boy is 2yeras 11 months old and suffering from cough and he can't sleep at night because of cough please suggest me any medicine

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symrsptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and somye home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
