Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 2 year and 3 months old. He can identify all animals, vegetables and also speak mummy papa and didi. but does not speak 123 or abc. is it normal. also he does not speak any other words. pl guide. Do we need to consult pediatrician?

A. yes fine fir This looks fine for the age and there is no need to worry for this . can wait for some time and if the problem remains then you can consult any doctor for the Thorough examination and treatment .
