Q.

Hello doctor, My baby boy is 15 months old,his weight is 9.8 kg,but hemoglobin in 8.7 mg,so how to increase hemoglobin and can you please suggest any diet ? Thank you

A. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in Iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron Folic acid and Vitamin B12 and take follow up every month with the doctor

A. Give fruits like apple pomegranate ragu is rich n iron beetroot millets are also good n iron. Also it's good and safe to show your kid to your doctor and follow their advise. That would be the best and safest option for your baby. As doctors know exactly our baby body condition and can treat it right and immediately.
