hello doctor, my baby boy is 10 months old now. I ll be ur grateful to know the amount of iron dosage( in ML) needs to baby in a day Or in a week? . I also want to know is ferrous ascorbate syrup better or simply folic acid syrup ok for baby? and how long can we continue to give iron syrups to our baby?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important to give iron content and folic acid alone will not help in decreasing the hemoglobin level and the dosage is decided according to the deficiency of the child for which your doctor will tell you the dosage
