Hello Doctor my baby boy has eight month old , he has two teeths when he has in 4 months. Now he bite my nipple , I has too much pain , when I touch my nipple also I'm paining , how can I give milk to my baby , plss tell me the suggestion .

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi you can use silicon based nipple shield while feeding your baby..don't forget to clean and sterilize it after every use.. try to stop breastfeeding by the age of 18 months..

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,it is common problem during teething phase you can apply nipcare cream or freshly expressed breastmilk on wound. but always rinse it well before you start feeding. try different feeding position. you can also use nipple shield for time being. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your body well hydrated keep that area clean
