Hello Doctor,my baby boy entered 6 th month shell i give cerelac. and fruit pures.kindly suggest me.

A. no, when ur baby boy will. complete 6 month than u can start semi solids.. not now, Till 6 months of life , breastmilk or formula milk is both food and drink for your baby
