Q.

Hello doctor, my baby boy 51 days old is on both breastfeed and formula milk, we breastfeed him for 30 mins to 1 hr and then give formula milk when we find if he is still Hungary. pls advice if it's the right approach so that baby won't be hungry and gets full nutrition.

A. Dear parent, this is not the right approach. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months complete. Feed baby on demand. Avoid giving formula.

A. hi doctor Meenal, we are giving the formula milk because mother's milk is not sufficient as of now. So as much as possible we are giving him mother milk before formula milk. so that he do not remain empty stomach and cry.
