Hello Doctor, my baby boy 1year 4months old and now days he is having its teething come out. But my question is 2-3 days back he had fever and right now runny nose and little cough going on. Please suggest some drop which is useful. I attached a pic which I usually give drops to the child when having runny nose, cough or fever

It can be considered as normal according to the age as per the details you have already mentioned but if at all in addition to this there is any other factor that you think is considerable and is a matter of concern then you should visit your pediatrician who can guide you in a proper way after knowing com& lpplete details.
