hello doctor my baby age is 2months20days can i use both Woodward's gripe water and colicaid drops simultaneously ? any complications

No use colicaid That is the right medicine to go for as gripe water is never recommended dry port is not healthy your child can easily get lose motions and other issues because of gripe water so avoid it just give the drops the doctor has advised you to go for
