Weight gain is going to be completely dependent on the factors as to how when is your child is eating the food that you are giving what all is the kind of food that you are giving so first we need to check for that according to me you should give every thing to the child what ever you are making at home on routine basis and if your child is eating well yet not gaining weight then in that case will have to consult your doctor
