Hello doctor my baby 15th month running,he is suffering urin passed,I meet peadeatrion doctor he suggest sunthi (circumsession)sergery... but my baby 2 months back in high fever attach light fits.already my baby po nuemonia..can I proceed this surgery??or not..plz suggest me
