hello doctor my baby 14 months old i gave her food which is goood for health , but you can tell me about the nutritious food??

A. Dear parent, you can give nutritious foods like variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Continue to breastfeed.
