hello doctor my baby 10 m.tonoferon drop is given.but after eating promogranate his tongue become black spots. after stop promogranate still it have.is it normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. I would recommend to maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and cleaning the tag of the child properly I think that’s going to be very helpful cell if it is a problem then I would suggest you to get a chat with a paediatric dentist once
