Hello doctor !my babe is 6months old now. iam feeding her cerelac 3times in a day . may I knw is this is right to feed cerelac for 3times ?

A. Dear mum, you can give 3 meals a day to your baby. Instead of giving commercially available packaged foods, you should prefer to give homemade cerelac. Also, include variety of food groups in your baby’s diet- khichadi, dal rice with vegetables, kheer, ragi porridge, curd, paneer.
