hello doctor, my age is 31 years and I am a mother of 4 years old baby. I have sensation in my legs all the time even if I m resting. What could be the reason and cure.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. need to be examined. Physician near by you or your family doctor should be consulted for this and no medication should be started by yourself because it need a proper assessment before giving any medication .

it could be nutritional deficiencies
so please take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription.
take Healthy and nutritious diet
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
