Hello doctor, my 9 months old baby having loose motion since last 2 months before i thought it is because of teething but it still same and whenever he eats he poop right after and smell so bad like cant tell you please advise

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 9 months of age of the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
