Hello Doctor, My 9 month old baby girl still passes stool 4-5 times a day sometime get rashes also, her weight is 9.5 kgs. is it normal? she is teething also

gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
