excessive drooling of saliva can occur as signs of teething phase
check for other signs also such as swollen gums, irritation, child willing to put everything in his mouth.. if present then don't worry these signs will disappear by their own as teeth erupts.
otherwise consult Pediatrician for evaluation of this condition.

It's normal in babies and sometimes when babies does that it means their teething is almost started to be soon and this a reason babies drool a lot and there is nothing you can do to stop it but keep on cleaning your babies mouth with clean and soft cloth.
