hello doctor, my 8months 17day baby poops suddenly smells very bad from one week all are saying that it because that she eating different food na so that its smells like that,is that true. or is there anything to worry please tell me?

A. at this age if there is altered smell in the stool of the child then it is advisable to stop heavy diet or high protein diet the child might be taking becausex it might be due to some digestion problem the child is having. go for simple diet like rice dal khichdi card buttermilk apple banana and try to avoid any outside or formula milk for few days and give plenty of water to drink. if this continuesc even after that it is advisable to get the child examined by the doctor
