hello doctor my 7month old baby boy pooped so hard with some time blood strains what to do?? I give him 2meals including homemade Cerealcs and dal rice + evening 1fruit puree + he is on feeding suggest me as suffering from hard pooped

whole fruit is better than fruit juice
grated and soaked dry fruits Like prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut
give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts
