Q.

Hello doctor my 7 week old son has clot in the left leg due to 6 week vaccination it’s been 6 days the clot has not dissolved yet can you suggest what can be done. He also has rash around his anus which increases intermittently please suggest solution to this too.

A. hi mom. small lump in the area where the vaccination is given is quite common and will go away by itself and no need to worry if the child doesn't have pain. and if the child has rashes in the anal region do not use the diaper until the rashes will heal completely. you can use mama Earth anti rash cream Ezinapi plus cream , both are very good to reduce the rashes. if the rashes filled with pus that you have to consult with the pediatrician. do not use wet wipes instead use warm water with wash cloth, do not rub, just pat the area dry.
