Hello doctor my 5yr kid is suffering from stomach infection. please guide me with immediate medicine to stop her loose motion and vomiting.

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. z
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the zbody.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in
keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
