hello doctor my 5years toddler is suffering from fever 99.2 in the evening 6pm and high fever 103.5 2am and complaint of stomach pain and vomiting I have given cyclopam, paracetamol syrup.... what precautions should be taken and when should I consult the doctor.... please let me know... it is viral infection?
