This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increahvse the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Its Just that you should start giving multivitamin iron supplement to the child due to some reason sometimes you do nutritional deficiency also in the body you will see that kids do not have appropriate appetite or weight over the period so try the supplements they will help
