Hello Doctor... My 5 months 4 days old baby boy once drunk milk immediately he is going pooo... Why? Wat is the reason sir? And also he is not weight gain???

A. this is normal some babies will pass motion immediately after feed. baby should be double the birth weight around 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. as baby turns six you can give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia banana dry fruit as cashew almond walnut in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount..
