Hello doctor, My 4yr old son having lot of pain in stomach from last evening what to n Hand n leg also hurt

Mam the stomach pain could be due to indigestion or something so check with your doctor and the pain could be associated with growth pain so you can massage well and check with your doctor if you can start with vitamin D and calcium supplement for the child
