Hello doctor. My 4 months baby has mild cough and sneezing for last 7 days. I was giving her nasal drops only. but since last 3 days runny nose also and cough has increased little bit at night and early morning only. rest of the day she is fine. weight 7 kg. i was suggested by a friend Kufril LS drops 2ml thrice a day. is the dosage correct ?

I was suggested to give it for 7 days and see if the cold subsides. Please tell whether 2ml×3 times a day will be safe for my child. she is only 4 months.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. if the medicines are given by the doctor then you can continue this medicine for the prescribed neumber of days and if it is not improving in next three days then only you have to take follow up with the doctor who will tell you whether you have to stop or continue this medicine.r
