Hello Doctor! my 4.10 yrs daughter is having frequent Motions not loose one but very soft motions since last 3 days. pls suggest

A. good evening give banana in the daytime to the charges will help to hold the stomach to certain extent and make sure the child is not having motions so many times throughout the day
