hello Doctor, my 3 year old son has a high fever from yesterday afternoon and he has epilepsy. we are using sodium volporate syrup 5 ml twice in a day. seizers are controlled from the last 2 months but suddenly he got twice yesterday due to high fever. We are using paracetamol 5ml every 4 to 6 hours once.. but fever is not reducing.. in the middle he has a light jarking. please let us know any other medicine we can use for reducing fever? my son weigh 15.7 kg
