Hello Doctor... My 3 months old baby is suffering from gas problem... I only give him breast milk ... I m not getting why this happen in breastfeeding baby's... is there any relation between my food and his gas? pls suggest

A. yes, mothers diet affects baby, Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel
