Q.

hello doctor, my 3 month old baby is always gassy and cries alot while passing the gas. I am giving her colic acid and gripe water regularly along with tummy massage. she is mostly on breastfeed and passing stool after every 3-4 days. could you please guide how can she be relieved from gas?

A. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel n donleg folding exercise And even after all this if it doesn't help just watch what u eat could be troubling them. Sometimes what mother's eat affects the babies

A. First u should not eat those food who makes gas like potato, daal, agr aap khaty hai to hing nd garlic add kre phr gas km bnegi

A. hi Colic is common problem among young babies. it can last up to 6 or 12 months age. but to prevent or cure this , you should offer breastfeeding as per your child needs. don't wait until your child is extremely hungry for feeding. Make sure your child latches properly. Burp or hold your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. yes , continue to give Massage ,it will definitely help .
