A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall ityunjury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such cfase which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Look your child is too small and your child may have got hurt also I would just advise you to kindly have a proper physical assessment with your doctor because kids are really very fragile at this age and they can actually get hurt in to the head because head at this age is very weak so go for a proper check up with your doctor one time
