Hello doctor my 2yr 7 month old baby in the early morning today vomits and after that poops three times.He has this type of issue frequently.Is there any serious problem? please give some solution I m very much concerned

It can be associated with digestion related issues because with what you are mentioning can be indicating towards that but it’s actually going to be good for you to take an assessment with your doctor physically to have better clarity on the situation
