hello doctor my 2yeras old son got fever 101 temperature we consulting a doctor he suggested welpara -M DS MEDICINE I ded this but the fever temperatures no down what I do nw I worried about this and my son also have cold and loose motions he can't eat properly

A. hi high fever means infection so please inform your treating doctor it is important keep your child well hydrated give decotion of warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
