Q.

hello doctor, my 2nd baby 2 and half mth old, now he is suffering from cough and fever. now I am using nassel drops and 1 time I gave paracetamol syrup. fever temperatures level is low. but cough is continuing. now what to do doc...?

A. baby is very small no self medication more than 1 r 2 days please see the doctor cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
