hello doctor , my 22 months old baby suffering from severe constipation we are trying so much of laxatives by the doctor advice and fiber rich food , giving so much of fluids , spinach , ghee , giving hot water in the morning , fruits and home remedies but none of these are not helped still he is having constipation so please tell me what can i do to cure his constipation problem permanently?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Make sure your child drinks extra water and fruit juice between meals. A serving of prune juice or prunes once a day may help. Teach your child to come in from play every time he has the urge to have a stool or bowel movement.
