Hello doctor.... my 2 years old son not speaking the words till now. he is doing some sounds only.... some are saying that it may be autism. But my son crossed all the physical milestones without any fail. He is very active and he understands all the sound and signs but not speaking. please help me with some suggestions.....

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Few babies have delay in their milestones and it is normal as long as your child is active and healthy. Communicate more with your child, keep telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to express and respond. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey in the morning for better health and speech. Good luck and take care.
