Hello doctor, my 2 year 1 month old baby girl seems to have like dandruff in her head and also have little bit hair fall problem.could you please suggest remedy and also best shamoo for the baby

Spoo Shampoo is a good choice to go for when it is about dandruff and the second thing I can tell you if your child is having hair fall also then that could be due to dandruff only if it is possible for you get the hair shaved of I think that would be a very good choice to go over otherwise you start using the shampoo that I’m suggesting
