Hello doctor my 2.5 years old kid Deeksha is suffering from horseness( gala baithna) and fever also please suggest what to do

Since kids cannot gargle in this age so what you do is take some warm water add a pinch of turmeric and salt into that and make your child have it that is going to help and apart from that currently I would recommend recommended to give only warm water to the child and ginger juice and honey mixture thrice in a day and for fever you can give any basic paracetamol that you have available
