Q.

hello doctor, my 18 months old baby is having cough since 7 days. I am giving her cough syrup and an antibiotic, bro-zedex and podoxim. my mother In law is forcing me to give her 'munakha' 2-3 times a day and also in her milk. is it safe for her? does it help her in relieving cough?

A. good afternoon yes it is good for the child to be having munakka you should definitely give it to your baby and I would also recommend you to give as a home remedy a mixture of Tulsi leaves with Ginger juice honey and warm water
