Hello doctor, my 16 month old son is going through teathin g period He passes sticky like stool 3 to 4 times in a day. Please suggest is it a matter of concern or normal. Thank you

A. Even if the baby is teething there shouldn’t be any alterations in the stool consistency. Does the baby also have foul smelling stool if yes then it could be infection too
