Q.

Hello doctor: My 15month baby son refuses to eat home made foods rather he likes eating Cerelac only. I’m giving him different types of cerelac 3 or 4 times a day to maintain his diet. How should i introduce solid home made food to him and is cerelac a good substitute?

A. hello dear good morning after one year of the age baby starts eating the family food options try to focus on giving more of the nutrition through the family food items homemade food options using all the seasonal fruits and vegetables in the diet for the baby
