Q.

Hello doctor my 13 month son has a fever from last 2 days . I am giving him paracetamol but every 5 hours fever come back again . and his body feels cool in A.C. otherwiae it feels hot . he has mild runny nose.

A. dear mom. pleaae do conti giving para etomol syp in every 4 to 6 hiurs. increase breast feeding . n if no improvement after 3 days, meet ur doc .
