hello doctor, my 11 month old son is not sleeping for past few days. rolling from one side to another continuously. yesterday and day before yesterday he starts to cry in sleep frequently. Night proper dinner also given. please give me the solution.

A. hi it happens because of gas or teething so please avoid giving gas generating food like potatoes, gram flour etc at night time meal. please don't force feed or overfeed your child. keep your child well hydrated burp your baby well dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
