hello doctor my 10month baby suffering from virus fever for the past 3days ...my breastfeeding was not enough for him....can I give him solids...and wat kind of solids?

A. yes you can give semi solid food to ur 10 month old baby.. The food should be warm, less spicy, semi-solid and soft Give Warm soups which you preffer, boiled vegetables like carrot, beans, pumpkin. Fruits like banana,, apple puree, oats, dal roti, daliya, Daal-khichdi adding some ghee.
