Hello doctor! My 10 months old is awake again and again at night and start crying . Only breastfeeding can make him sleep again but I can’t keep him all night on feeding . So what could be the reasons. He is teething also .

You can gradually reduce night feedings by offering comfort in other ways, such as soothing words or gentle rocking. Eventually, your baby will adjust to sleeping longer stretches without nursing at night.
