Hello Doctor, My 10 month's baby from yesterday on her back side she got small pimples Yesterday evening there are less in numbers but today morning they found in huge numbers please find attached photo and please help me out doctor what should we do waiting for your positive response

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Try applying pure aloe Vera gel. Continue feeding your baby. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy.
