Hello doctor, my 10 month old baby girl had fever two days back , now she's alright..but last night she was very cranky and cried throughout the night.. what's the reason

A. hello if there was cough cold along with fever it may be throuat ir ear unfection if irritability is persistent. get her chexked fir the same once and start treatmenr.
