hello doctor, My 10 month baby is doing very hard potty while passing the stool he cries so much. any remedy. he is in teething phase.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 10 months old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including breast milk and warm massage to belly and make cycling movements of both legs and circular massage around belly button and if problem persist try glycerine pediatric pessary inside anal opening

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Offer her high-fiber foods like prunes, berries, oatmeal, whole grains, spinach, and beans. Offer her water, pear juice, and prune juice at meals. If you need more fiber, you can even sneak in a fiber supplement like Benefiber; a tablespoon or two a day may really help.
