Hello Doctor My 1 year old son get angry when I don't listen to him or when his saying doesn't happen and he clinches his teeth in anger, his whole body moves like shivering is it normal

Yes it’s very normal a lot of kids just want everything to happen with what they’re asking and when parents say no they get more agitated and aggravated in the behaviour which is normal so you just need to change the approach of denying a thing in your behaviour
